European Beauty House Customer Policy
SERVICE GUARANTEE
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at European Beauty House. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
APPOINTMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY
We look forward to having you in our salon! When you reserve an appointment, we are making sure we give you our full attention during your entire visit. We are often scheduled out a few weeks with a cancellation list in place.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the change is made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments for services over 2 hours may also require a credit card on file at the time of booking. All online bookings require valid credit information to hold your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failing to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of your total service, which must be paid before your next visit.
Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in a fee of 100% of the total service.
By giving at least 48 hours’ notice, you allow us the opportunity to fill your appointment time with another guest.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We value your time and make every effort to stay on schedule. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their services modified or rescheduled at the salon’s discretion.
REFUND POLICY
All services are non-refundable. We are happy to provide a complimentary corrective service if the issue results from an error by the service provider, not from a change of preference after the service has been performed.
You must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to arrange a corrective service. Redos or adjustments will not be granted more than 5 days after the initial service. All corrective services require management approval.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
- Valid for one year from the purchase date.
- Must be presented at the time of service.
- Lost certificates must be reported to the salon.
- Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Valid only for products and services at European Beauty House.
CHILDREN POLICY
Our Children’s Menu is available for clients under age 10. Children over age 10 will be charged full price for services.
European Beauty House is family-friendly; however, children under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a child under age 18 is receiving a service, a signed consent form is required before the service begins.
