APPOINTMENT POLICY
For services over 2 hours, we may require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. All online bookings require credit information to hold your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Thus, out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored only at salon discretion.

Refunds
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service date. It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service. Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 48hrs in advance. Failing to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of your total service which will be due before your next visit. Same day reschedules or cancellations will result in a fee of 100% of the total service. By giving us a 48-hour notice it allows us time to fill that opening with another waiting beauty. Gift Certificate Policy
- Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
- Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
- Please call European Beauty House concerning lost gift certificates.
- All gift certificates are non-refundable.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift certificates are valid at European Beauty House only for all products and services available.
